This is the most beautiful painting! I feel lucky and blessed that I came across it! My husband and I honeymooned in Mo’orea and we had taken many pictures in front of this church. To find that Greg Collins painted it was such a joy! We will treasure it forever!

I was super-pleased with my photo print purchase! Like many people, I’m sure, when making online purchases there’s always just a little voice of skepticism in the back of my mind. I knew I liked the image, but had to roll the dice that it would look good in person, the frame would be adequate, etc. I must say it exceeded even my hopeful expectations! First of all, the packing was stellar. The photo print did look great in person, and the framing was WAY better than I was expecting! It was ready to go with a sturdy hanging wire already in place. Unfortunately it was a gift, so I don’t have a photo of it on my wall! I did, however, open and inspect it before wrapping it and re-shipping (in the same stellar packing!). I would easily recommend FineArtAmerica and will happily shop with them again in the future…worry free!

The main street of Queenscliff in Victoria, Australia on a quiet Autumn morning after a spot of rain. In 1850, Queenscliff on the coast of Port Phillip Bay in Victoria, Australia, was a pastoral run. It became a shipping port by 1860, fishermen moved in and the goldrush brought an influx of migrants seeking their fortune. Later the railway accelerated further growth to the area and a paddle steamer moved holiday makers and high society from Melbourne. Today, the commercial centre of Queenscliff is characterised by historic shop fronts and buildings from that era along with a few more recent ones from early last century

As an avid photographer for many years, my tendency is to choose subjects with potential rather than things that look good to begin with and therein lies my challenge. I often look for an odd angle or composition and like most photographers, have become a keen observer. Seeking the unusual and putting a different slant on the very usual are important concepts to me.
